		<description>Hey I know this advise is quite old, but the only one I agree with is #1. All of the rest are just asking for trouble. If you follow Rules 2, 3 and 5 you are just begging for retaliation. If your boss is a manipulator, it is only a matter of time before you get canned. HR is a tool of management, complaining to them is basically pointless as their job is to enforce management policies (even if they are ridiculous and completely lopsided towards management's advantage).</description>
