Unfortunately, there are a lot of bosses who lack the ability to communicate openly, then shun you and throw you out the door.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I have been lucky enough to work for a great boss where I can be open about my intentions and what I am trying to accomplish. If an individual is in a job where he can't accomplish what he wants, then he should look elsewhere, but be open with his boss about why he is looking. <p>I have been lucky enough to work for a great boss where I can be open about my intentions and what I am trying to accomplish.
