I was once called a veteran in IT Management and Consulting. While that sounds a bit lofty to me, it is true that I’ve been managing people for 18 years. That is long enough to realize that we have a shortage of competent managers out there.

I have a passion for anyone in the trenches of corporate life. For those of you who have excellent leadership, know that your are among the fortunate. For those of you who are struggling with your boss, co-worker, or the job from hell, I hear your cry.

I can be your surrogate boss, or at least a mentor. I love to hear from people. The stories I read are incredible. Well,

I have worked in industries such as Chemical Manufacturing (Regulatory and Compliance), Telecommunications, Education, and Health Care.

A father of five, husband of a beautiful author, I enjoy dates with my daughters and fishing trips with my sons. I believe life is more than work and I strive to encourage the corporate weary.
